Appointments

our-policiesWe do require a scheduled appointment for routine exams or surgeries. Please understand our goal is to see patients efficiently, but critical patients, emergencies, and euthanasias are given priority. If you have an emergency, please call us at (864) 288-8908, so we can plan accordingly and be expecting your arrival. Urgent Care and Emergency appointments differ from our routine or sick exams and will accrue higher charges accordingly.

No Show/ Cancellation

We charge $35 for no show/missed appointments and for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. We will also charge $150 for surgical appointments that have been missed, a no show, or if cancellation was not made 24 hours prior to surgery day.

We also have a THREE STRIKE RULE. The 1st time this happens we will only charge you the no show fee. The 2nd time, you will accrue the no show fee and be required to pay 50% of the exam charge when next scheduling. The 3rd you will be charged the no show fee and be required to pay 100% of the exam fee when scheduling.

Method of Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and ScratchPay. We encourage all clients to discuss charges or request an estimate for services at their appointment. Please realize that estimates are approximate and the actual cost may change depending on your pet's health status.

Boarding or Hospitalization

We offer boarding for our patients, who have an establish hospital/patient relationship. All pets admitted to the clinic are required to be current on vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian, have a negative fecal test, and be flea/tick-free. Please call ahead as reservations are REQUIRED and space is LIMITED.
